(Terms and Conditions)
Each PC that you enroll in the membership service entitles you to the following benefits:
Monitoring software installed on your PC giving early warning alerts and reports when vulnerable to performance issues.
All Windows and software updates applied where applicable,
One hour remote support every week.*
20% discount on additional hours used, remotely.
Site visits are subject to additional charge at current rates with 20% discount (£40 minimum charge). Distances over 25 miles from the MK41 Post Code area are subject to additional charge at the prevailing HMRC mileage rates.
Membership is for a minimum period of one year.
Support is provided Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00. Outside of these times, support is discretionary and subject to additional fees.

If email facilities are unavailable then call 01234 480378 and leave a message and a support ticket will be created.
Support tickets are dealt with as soon as possible with priority given to clients who are experiencing a loss of service and having an impact on “business as usual” activities, followed by those with intermittent issues and faults.
Projects requests / one off jobs (e.g. new software and hardware installations) will be done at a time when mutually agreed.
If, for whatever reason you decide that membership is no longer required, within the first month, you are free to leave, with a full refund, with the caveat that any membership support services already used will be invoiced to you at standard non-membership rates.
Fees are payable by Direct Debit collected via GoCardless (http://gocardless.com ) where possible and details on how to set this up will be emailed to you, where appropriate.
BACS payment details will be on invoices issued.
Please note that payments by cheque will incur an administrative fee of £20.00
*Unused time cannot be carried forward for more than a month.
